Scope of Service: Roach Hunt Partnership act as Employers Agent on Design & Build Contracts. Generally this form of procurement is used on larger projects where the Client requires a known fixed cost at time of tender and the monetary risk for completing on time passes to the Contractor.
We prepare the tender documentation, co-ordinate with design consultants, analyse and report on tender costs, prepare contacts, run the regular meetings on site, and report on the financial aspects direct to the Client.
