Feasibility Studies
Client benefit: This process provides a quick guide as to the potential costs and viability of a proposed scheme.
Scope of Service: Roach Hunt Partnership will assist in the initial calculation of the financial viability of a project prior. Roach Hunt Partnership will incorporate all scheme costs as appropriate, including construction costs, “Client Fit-Out costs”, Planning fees, Building Regulation fees and professional team fees. The construction costs are based upon in-house data from similar projects and use of external sources such as the Building Cost Information Service.
The Feasibility Study will form the basis of a Scheme’s Budget, the next stage would be to develop the scheme in further detail; this process is called “Cost Planning”.
