Forms of Contract
Client Benefit: That the Clients’ intentions are fully reflected in the contract documentation to give certainty of design and standard. The choice of contract gives legal protection and sets out how the scheme is to be administered.
Scope of Service: Roach Hunt Partnership advise on the appropriate form of building contract for a proposed scheme. The contract will be a Standard Form of Building Contract issued by a recognised body.
Roach Hunt Partnership will advise which standard form of contract should be used and explain relevant clauses to Clients where required. Roach Hunt Partnership will prepare the contract for issue and signature by the parties concerned.
